At Park Health Center, our therapy department consists of physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our licensed therapists provide therapy in our bright, wide-open therapy gym. Our therapists help residents with their mobility, strength, balance, endurance, activities of daily living, speech, and swallowing to ensure our residents meet their individualized goals. Our professionally trained Registered and Licensed practical nurses and amazing nurse's aides are on duty 24 hours a day to give our residents the best nursing care possible. We also provide excellent individualized activities programs and spiritual care.
