St. Clairsville Nursing Home Walks to End Alzheimer's

October 7, 2019
Team Foundations Health participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's, held September 28, 2019, at Bridge Street Middle School in Wheeling. Cumberland Pointe, Emerald Pointe, and Park Health came together and held fundraisers over the last 7 months and raised 2,154.88 for the Alzheimer's Association. The following pictures are our team who came out and walked that morning as well as a vase we received for raising over $2,000.

Park Health Center and its parent company, Foundations Health Solutions, follow the vision of nursing home developer Brian Colleran to create a "Culture of Care" in our nursing homes and communities. Whether in St. Clairsville, Barnesville, or our communities across Ohio, we strive for excellence in long-term care, short-term care, hospice care, aquatic therapy, and a variety of other services.
