Karen came to Park Health Care Center to embark on a journey to regain her strength and independence after a challenging health setback. With unwavering dedication and the support of our skilled therapy program, Karen made remarkable progress. We want to celebrate Karen's progress with our Therapy Team while applauding both of their efforts in reaching Karen's therapy goals.



After a fall resulting in a hip and elbow fracture, Karen had no choice but to seek out a rehabilitation facility. After meeting with our Therapy Team and working on strengthening, balance, adaptions, gait training, and functional mobility, Karen was able to return home independently. Karen had nothing but great things to say about our premier facility and the therapy program. She said she would recommend Park Health to everyone because of the cleanliness, the skilled Therapy Department, and how caring the staff were.

All of Karen's efforts paid off, as she triumphantly walked out of the facility, having reclaimed her independence and a renewed zest for life, inspiring others on their recovery paths. We're so proud of you, Karen!
